How do I reach MECC Maastricht?

From Eindhoven

With the opening of the Koning Willem Alexander tunnel, MECC Maastricht is even more accessible. On the A2 take exit 53+54 (N2). Then take exit 53 in the tunnel tube. At the T-junction, turn left onto the N278. Then take the 2ndth exit (direction Ceramique – Wyck). At the roundabout, take the second exit (left), and then turn left again into the 2de street. At the T-junction you turn left again, after which you only have to keep following the road to the right to finally turn right into the garage under the crossing.

From the direction of Liège: 

Take exit 56 (Gronsveld-MECC). Then follow the ANWB signs marked MECC. These will show you the way to the parking areas of MECC Maastricht.

What are the opening hours of MECC Maastricht?

When no events are taking place, the opening hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. The offices (at Duboisdomein 5a) are open from 08:00 to 17:00.

Can I also park without a reservation?

You can also park in one of our parking garages or p-areas without making a reservation. However, you do not have a parking space guarantee. 

I have not received a confirmation email?

A few handy steps to check what went wrong:

  • Check whether the reservation amount has been debited from your account. If not, the reservation was unfortunately not successful. You will then have to make the reservation again.
  • Did the reservation confirmation end up in your spam filter/junk mail?
  • Have you not received the confirmation, but has the reservation amount been debited? Please contact us at

The barrier opens automatically. Don't I need a ticket?

You do not need a ticket from the barrier. If you booked in the parking webshop and entered your license plate number, the barrier will open automatically when you enter and exit. If this is not the case, you can scan the QR code on your e-ticket (received by e-mail) at the barrier.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Please note that a reservation can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. You must then send an email with your name and booking number to and the reason for cancellation.

Do I have a permanent place on a site?

You are entitled to a parking space in one of the car parks made available during the event in question. At the indicated P-terms and garages you do not have a fixed parking space, you may pick a spot on location.

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?

There are 26 charging places in car park P4. These are located directly behind the barrier - on the right. There is no possibility to reserve a parking space with charging option in advance.   

There are also various public charging points around our building.

What is the maximum headroom?

Car parks P1 and P8 have a maximum headroom of 2 metres. Car parks P2, P4 and P10 have no maximum headroom

What happens if I arrive earlier or stay longer?

You can drive in up to 2 hours before the start of your reservation, earlier is not possible.

If you wish to stay longer than the reserved period, you must pay extra. 

You can pay extra at the exits with a debit or credit card before you leave the site (at a regular rate of €4/hour). 

Garage or lot indicates “Full” upon arrival.

A place has been reserved for you. Follow the instructions of the traffic controllers.

My registration number that I provided when booking does not work or I came with a different vehicle.

You can then use the QR/ barcode that you received with the reservation.

My license plate  and QR code did not work when entering.

Check your reservation carefully; Are the time, date and parking lot or parking garage correct? Press the intercom and ask for assistance.

Can I enter and exit multiple times with my reservation?

You can enter and exit once with your reservation. Your reservation will be terminated as soon as you leave. There is no possibility to get a refund if you leave earlier than the reserved period.

How can I reserve a parking space?

Reserving a parking space is only possible via our website: After payment you will receive the reservation confirmation in your email inbox. In this booking confirmation you will find all important information such as: the address of the parking location and your check-in & exit QR/barcode. Print the reservation and take it with you so that you have the address and code with you.

Are there disabled places?

There are 6 disabled parking spaces on P4 and 2 disabled parking spaces on each floor in our parking garage P1 (10 in total). These are located right next to the elevator.

These places cannot be reserved in advance. Make sure your disabled card is visible on your dashboard as soon as you have parked here. As a disabled person you pay the regular parking rate. 

Can I reserve a disabled space?

No, this is not possible. There are sufficient disabled parking spaces on P1 and P4. If none are available, you can park in another spot and ask for assistance from the traffic controllers.

Is parking free for people with a disability card?

No, people with a disability card also pay the usual parking fees.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a booking free of charge. There is a €2 cancellation fee per booking.
